DMCA Policy

Effective Date: June 29, 2026

Digital App Factory respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and visitors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and may remove or disable access to content that is claimed to infringe the rights of a copyright owner. A DMCA policy should explain how notices are submitted and how counter-notices are handled, and the notice should include the required copyright-claim details.

1. Copyright Infringement Policy

If you believe that material available on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated contact.
